MINING & NATURAL RESOURCE

S&C’s deep knowledge of legal, financial and taxation aspects of Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) and Technical Assistance Contracts (“TAC”) has resulted in it representing Indonesian clients in an oil concession project and secondary oil recovery projects in Indonesia, and reviewing and determining the nature of amounts payable to Government of Republic of Indonesia. It also resulted in work on restructuring of various interest in PSCs and TACs.

S&C has also been engaged in representing both seller and purchasers in acquiring green field, brown field as well as fully operating mining companies. S&C is well equipped to advice alternative structure for foreign company to hold ownership in Indonesian mining companies.
