Raymond Prastya Palit, S.H.
Raymond is our Senior Partner, he has immense experience for more than 2 decades in commercial litigation in Indonesia, including commercial dispute pertaining to Insurance, Debt Restructuring, Shareholders, Land Acquisition, and Investment either in District Court, Administrative Court, Arbitration Board also Indonesia National Police.
Raymond also frequently is invited by property developer company to advise or become speaker concerning land and property acquisition from legal perspective and proceeding.
